Siân Whelan FCIPD
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Siân is a fully qualified HR and recruitment professional and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. After years of senior HR and recruitment experience covering the UK and Europe, she founded Norton Loxley with the mission to find HR solutions that increase business performance and growth. Her operational and strategic experience has enabled her to successfully support business leaders and deliver company-focused results.

Siobhan Collyer
DIRECTOR
Siobhan specialises in talent acquisition and recruitment. She is passionate about the benefits of taking an “in-house” approach to recruitment and supports our clients with finding the best talent and the right match for their team. Working consultatively with clients to support and advise at all stages of the recruitment process; from benchmarking and proactive search campaigns, right through to onboarding. Her focus is on building long-lasting relationships which support client growth.

Sophie Jackson
PEOPLE ADVISOR
Sophie is a highly organised and professional People Advisor who has supported clients across multiple sectors; from legal practices, marketing agencies, charities, hospitality and care industries. Sophie is friendly and helpful in her approach to supporting clients and is passionate about the benefits of implementing HR and recruitment systems, in modernising and ensuring the efficiency of any HR function.

Nicola Smith ACIPD
HR CONSULTANT
Nicola is a passionate level 5 CIPD People Professional, with over 10 years’ experience supporting organisations from a variety of sectors and industries. Nicola is friendly and approachable, yet extremely commercially focused in her approach to supporting clients to find the best HR solutions.

Anna Roberts MCIPD
HR CONSULTANT
Anna is an experienced HR professional and a Chartered member of the CIPD. She has spent the majority of her career working in-house in HR for small and medium sized private companies and has significant experience in private eyecare, engineering and car parking. Anna is a true generalist and can assist you in all areas of the employment life cycle, she particularly enjoys the area of employee relations.

Hannah Horner ACIPD
HR CONSULTANT
Hannah has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, is a member of the CIPD and is passionate about all things people. Hannah has held leadership roles and supported to board level in a wide range of organisations and services across all sectors. She uses her strategic and operational knowledge and experience to quickly understand organisations needs in order to provide highly effective HR support and solutions. Hannah is also an accredited Mediator and is particularly skilled in supporting organisations with conflict and change.
