Based on competitor research, a meticulous, professional and discreet search campaign is undertaken, identifying and building a talent pool of potential candidates.

4. Screening

A rigorous screening process is undertaken, leaving no stone unturned, meaning that any candidate reaching the shortlist stage has the potential to be great match.

5. Shortlisting

We aim to provide an initial shortlist of three highly qualified and suitable candidates for interview stage, taking the time away from lengthy interviews with the assurance that each candidate has what it takes to join the team.

6. Negotiation

7. Onboarding
