Today is an important and exciting day for the company as we reveal our new brand and new company name – Norton Loxley – to the world.
Since we started out in 2017 we’ve grown massively as a business – not just in terms of size, but also in terms of our understanding of the role effective HR and Recruitment can play in delivering success for our clients.
At the same time, the HR and Recruitment sector has changed massively over that time, but we feel that the way the important work that it does is presented to business leaders hasn’t kept pace with that.
When we set out on our journey to rebrand, one of the most important things we wanted to achieve was to create a brand that better reflected our core values of honesty, integrity and hard work. It was also important that it positioned HR and Recruitment as a key professional service – alongside the likes of accountancy, legal and marketing – which businesses can employ to feed into their overall success and growth plans.
We feel our new brand and company name not only does that, but it’s also grounded in who we are as business leaders going right back to when we were growing up in Yorkshire.

Our Outsourced Recruitment service offers employers who are looking to grow their teams an alternative to traditional percentage fee based recruitment – whether they are looking for a one off hire or have an ongoing need to fill vacancies.
For employers who are looking to take a strategic approach to HR and align their Human Resources function with their wider business plan and long-term goals, our HR Consultancy service delivers projects across key areas ranging from people strategy development to employee engagement and employer brand development.

And finally our Specialist HR Recruitment service taps into our team’s experience of growing internal HR functions within businesses as well as our extensive network of HR professionals to offer a unique approach to the recruitment of HR professionals.
