Acting as our client’s fully outsourced recruitment team, we first reviewed the current job descriptions and created advertisements that better reflected the available positions and made a greater asset out of their USP’s as an employer.

From there, we created a consistent recruitment process that ensured ongoing communication between hiring managers and candidates. Utilising our ATS system, we were also able to reduce administration time and create a pool of future talent allowing for greater time and focus on proactive searches.
